The Schneider Altistart ATSU01 Soft Starter is a compact and efficient solution for starting and stopping three-phase asynchronous motors.

Catalog Manual

The Altistart U01 is a soft start/soft stop unit for 3-phase asynchronous motors. It is designed primarily for combinations with TeSys U starter-controllers.

  • It can be used for a motor rated power up to 11kW or 15hp for 3-phase (200V to 480V AC) and up to 22A rating. It is 45mm wide, this makes it one of the smallest soft starters on the market.
  • It can be installed nearly everywhere. It features an Integrated bypass, this reduces noise and decreases heat dissipation. Its protection index is IP20.
  • It weighs 0.49kg and its dimensions are, 45mm wide, 314mm high, 170mm deep.
  • The Altistart U01 is designed for the following simple applications like conveyors, conveyor belts, pumps, fans, compressors, automatic doors and gates, small cranes and belt-driven machinery.
  • It complies with standards IEC/EN 60947-4-2, and carries UL, CSA, C-Tick, and CCC certifications, and CE marking. It can be easily combined with a TeSys U controller by means of the power connector VW3G4104.
  • It is easy to install on a DIN rail. Altistart 01 combines simplicity with easy cabling, fast configuration and efficiency.
