Cause : No-Load Current Error comes when motor data entered during Auto-Tuning was incorrect or results from Auto Tuning are outside the parameter setting range or the tuning process took too long.

1. Make sure the data entered to the T1 parameters match the information written on the motor nameplate.
2. Restart Auto-Tuning and enter the correct information.
3. Check and correct faulty motor wiring.
4. Perform Rotational Auto-Tuning.
5. The load was too high during Rotational Auto-tuning.
6. Disconnect the motor from machine and restart Auto-Tuning. If motor and load cannot be uncoupled make sure the load is lower than 30%.
7. If a mechanical brake is installed, make sure it is fully lifted during tuning.
