oH alarm code in yaskawa D1000 drive

Cause : Heatsink Overheat comes when the ambient temperature is high and the heatsink temperature is more than the L8-02 [Overheat Alarm Level].

  1. Measure the ambient temperature. 
  2. Increase the airflow around the drive.
  3. Install a cooling device (cooling fan or air conditioner) to lower the ambient temperature. 
  4. Remove objects near the drive that are producing too much heat.
