Cause : Input Phase Loss Detection comes when the fluctuation in the voltage of the input power supply is too large. Abnormal oscillation continued in the input power supply voltage. (Detected when L8-69 = 1.) 

1. A phase loss occurred in the input power supply.
2. Investigate the cause and implement countermeasures.
3. The interphase voltage balance is bad.
