The Lenze 8400 motec Drive is a series of decentralized frequency inverters designed for mounting directly on or near the motor. This decentralized approach offers several advantages, especially in applications where long motor cables are undesirable or where a more modular machine design is preferred.
The 8400 motec frequency inverter can be mounted locally on the motor or on the wall. A repair switch can also be used on the wall. The decentralized arrangement significantly shortens the length of the motor cables. This enables even complex machines to be structured clearly.
