How can resolve problem F0002 DC OVER VOLTAGE Fault in ABB ACS850 Drive ?

Cause : Excessive intermediate circuit DC voltage.
Check that overvoltage controller is on, parameter 47.01 Overvolt ctrl.
Check that the supply (input power) voltage matches the drive nominal input voltage.
Check mains for static or transient overvoltage.
Check brake chopper and resistor (if used).
Check deceleration time.
Use coast-to-stop function (if applicable).
Retrofit frequency converter with brake chopper and brake resistor.

@click2electro parameter 47. 01 is locked on the drive am working on.
how can i open parameter 47?

@tunde what is condition of fault coming continuously or come after run command or come when you stop drive
Also check input supply voltage
