Cause : When you start drive without motor or small rating motor as compare to drive then output phase loss fault comes. Need to check motor data in drive and check motor rating. These are the steps for fault correction :

1. Check motor wiring and cable.

2. Check Motor data in drive parameter.

3. Check the rating of motor - if small rating motor connected as compare to drive then this fault come.

4. If motor not connected then connect motor and check.
