How can resolve problem F038 fault in siemens 6RA70 DC Drive ?

Cause : Overspeed (active in operating states of – –, I, II)
This fault message is activated if the actual speed value (selected in P595) exceeds the positive (P380) or negative (P381) threshold by 0.5%.
Possible fault causes
♦ Lower current limit has been input
♦ Current-controlled operation
♦ P512, P513 are set too low
♦ Tachometer cable contact fault in operation close to maximum speed
