How can resolve problem F0016 EARTH FAULT fault in ABB ACS150 ?

Cause : Drive has detected earth (ground) fault in motor or motor cable.
1. programmable fault function,
parameter 3017 - EARTH FAULT.
2. Check motor.Check motor cable.
3. Motor cable length must not exceed maximum specifications.
Note: Disabling earth fault (ground fault) may damage drive.
