7510 abb fault means COMMUNICATION MODULE error. It means the drive’s main control board has lost its link with the fieldbus adapter module.

Common Causes:
- Physical Connections: Loose or damaged cables, faulty network components.
- Parameter Settings: Incorrect timeout settings or fault function parameters.
- Network Problems: Issues with the PLC, scanner, or the fieldbus network itself.
- Module Failure: A problem with the communication module hardware.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check the fieldbus network status and the controller (PLC/DCS) communication.
- Check all cable connections to the drive and fieldbus adapter.
- Check fieldbus parameters (e.g., group 70, 30.18, 30.19).
- Try increasing the timeout setting in the drive (for the specific fieldbus).
- Ensure the "Master" device (PLC/Controller) can communicate.
