Cause : Over Voltage in Acceleration comes when the inverter's internal main circuit DC voltage to reach or exceed the specified value, the protection circuit is activated to stop the inverter output.
"Err05" fault in inovance MD310 drive indicate "Over Voltage in Acceleration". This means the voltage applied to the motor exceeds the rated value.
The circuit may also be activated by a surge voltage produced in the power supply system.
- Increase the acceleration time.
- Check the input power source.
