How can resolve problem 5091 Safe torque off Fault in ABB ACS880 Drive ?

Cause : Safe torque off function is active, i.e. safety circuit signal(s) connected to connector XSTO is broken during start or run,
or while drive is stopped and parameter 31.22 STO diagnostics is set to Fault.
1. Check safety circuit connections.
